Ask a question about this product

Our New and Improved Feral Cat House comes ready to deploy. It is insulated with ½ thick foam all around the inside. It has a waterproof green shell. It is dry inside and we aim to keep it that way. It the most advanced "Cat Heated" shelter on the market. We fill each shelter half full with wheat straw to provide the perfect nest for your feral. The front and back doors are 1" thick pine. The doors are felt backed with 1/8" thick egg carton foam to help keep rain and water out. The goal is for your feral to go in the shelter, make a nest and stay dry and warm in all types of snow and rain. If a predator comes a calling there are two doors for a quick escape. Most ferals won't enter a shelter unless it has two doors. As of 12/15 2012 we have made 7 significant improvements to the Feral Cat Shelter based upon customer feedback and  reviews. We insulated the inside with ½" thick closed cell foam all the way around. We made the door smaller at 5.5 " round. We backed the felt doors with 1/8" thick egg carton foam to make it more wind and waterproof. The doors now flap closed to help minimize any water and wind from entering the shelter. We added more wheat straw to help insulate the shelter. We upgraded the awning material thickness and made the awnings longer and wider for better all around wind and water protection. We eliminated the drain holes. All in all we feel this is a huge leap forward in making this a great feral cat house. Your feedback and ratings  will help us further improve it. Approximate size: 24" long x 14" high x 14" wide. Usable kitty space is a 12.5" diameter x 22" Large enough for two kitties if they share nicely. The awnings are 7 inches wide and 24" long. They extend over the shelter about 6 inches and will go a long way to protecting the entrance from rain and snow. The awnings are shipped screwed on backwards. Just unscrew and turn around awnings.

This is the third shelter I purchased and the only one they use. I slid it under a bench for added protection and my one feral who does not trust any
enclosure (due to the fact he watched many caught for neutering) actually went in "success" thanks Scott for an awesome product, I can't say enough
about this wonderful shelter and especially your service (you took care of the process from beginning to end) Thank you from the kitties also.

I just received this outdoor cat house on Friday and all I had to do was open the box, take out the cat house and place it on the ground. within
minutes each of my cats was taking turns going inside the house, inspecting it, lying down in it and simply enjoying having their "own"
space even if for only a few minutes. I love the fact that it is sturdy, made of wood yet not very heavy, and can be used outdoors. This is a great
product! Keep them coming, Scott!
